Shipping policy
You will receive a notification on when you package has shipped. The notification will include tracking. A secondary notification will be sent once your package is out for delivery. Customers are responsible to notify WGEWest within 72 hours of delivery if there is a discrepancy. WGEWest only holds shipping records for 90 days past the day of shipping. After the 90 days we will not have record of your delivery. It is the customers responsibility to notify WGEWest before the 90 days are completed. We will not refund or replace orders that have past the 90 days as our primary shipping partners delete records after this timeline.
